Removal Hint.
When moving home it is always a good time to have a clear out....... a good 'cull' of unwanted items is also quite therapeutic!!!! Think about charity shops, each shop will welcome different things, so unless you have a charity that is close to your heart, speak to a few different ones. Some will take large furniture and collect it, whilst others prefer smaller items and clothing. Remember, generally they are ALL good causes so be prepared to support the ones that will benefit most from the items you wish to dispose of.. For items that can't be recycled the local council Amenity Point can probably help. They will normally take everything from garden waste, furniture, electricals, old paint pots,... in fact all general household waste. The facilities are usually free of charge if you deliver in a private vehicle and segregate into their various bins when you unload. Avoid using a signwritten vehicle as it may then be deemed commercial waste and cost you dearly.
