Next Monday 22/10/12 we start another major school removal.
Moving from their present home on a side road in Stansted, St Marys school will be the second whole local primary school we have moved this year. Their new home is a bespoke facility on a new site amid a major development in the village. The main move will take place over a number of days, using crews of up to 6-8 men and 3-4 lorries per day. Hundreds of cartons and packing crates have already been supplied for the staff to prepare for the move and further supplies will be filtered in as necessary. Along with the classrooms, the offices, assembly hall, gym equipment and sheds and decking will all be moved to the new site.
